With our year-round mild weather, there are always events happening
in Myrtle Beach.

Showcase, the premier show for brides and wedding planners. Otherwise it’s a
pretty quiet month with everyone recovering from the December holidays. But,
that’s just about the only month that there isn’t a lot happening on the Grand
February and March are the start of the home and garden show circuit, and farmer’s markets begin in April. May is the World Famous Blue Crab Festival in Little River, and June marks the date of the long-running Festa Italia that includes cannoli, zeppoli, and a spaghetti eating contest.
From July through September there are seafood festivals and art festivals, and in October you’ll want to attend the Loris Chicken Bog-Off along with the many spooky and haunted happenings all along the coast.
The area’s only Renaissance Festival, the Mythical and Medieval Fest, is in November. In
December, North Myrtle Beach Parks & Rec hosts the Great Christmas Light Show,
a drive-through event that also includes Santa’s Village, where you can meet Santa and enjoy other activities.
